Super Eurobeat Vol. 130 (2002) Review

The album cover for Super Eurobeat Vol. 130.

DJ Hadoken has this to say:

Thought I’d update to make this site look a lot busier than it actually is. Heh.

That’s right, I’m coming back May 2. That is, my body is coming back May 2. My normal self will probably be back on May 5. So, Guy the Manager was right, to an extent. I really have forgotten what me “normal” is.

DJ Benvenuto’s hair, I must say, made me jump out of my seat. It is amazing. My host family wanted to see a picture of his hair. So I showed my host mom that picture and she told me to say it’s really awesome.

I bought Super Eurobeat Vol. 130 yesterday. It has an Initial D nonstop mix, and I think that this mix is a completely different one from the other nonstop mixes. But I may be wrong, I haven’t listened to that disc yet. But I nearly pleasurably exploded in my pants when I saw that this album came with an Initial D disc.

I also bought a Bob Sapp music CD (Sapp Time!) and poster. Do you guys know who Bob Sapp is? He is a very amazing man. He is a very big man. He is a very big singing man.

Finally, don’t make plans for May 9.

I’m having what I’ve dubbed
GOLDEN FRIDAY

EVERYONE MUST COME.
REPEAT.
EVERYONE MUST COME.

Again.

DON’T MAKE PLANS FOR FRIDAY, MAY 9.

We are going to make my mom so angry that day and make such a mess it will be like good old times.

Done. Gonna check out the Initial D disc maybe, but probably will be too lazy to post again here and say whether I was right or not.

LATER THAT NIGHT...

Okay, took me a lot of effort.

So much pleasurable explosion on my hands.

Hard to type.

Can you guess why?

BECAUSE IT IS A NEW INITIAL D NONSTOP MIX!
HELL YES!!
71 MINUTES!!

It makes up for the sadness I had in me since Initial D Second Stage D Non-Stop Selection, which is only 40 minutes long. And the vocal battle releases and stuff are only like 15 minutes long.

But now there exist TWO 71 minute Initial D long nonstop mixes!

Initial D First Stage (D Non-Stop Mega Mix) and now the one on disc 3 of SEB 130, Initial D Super Euro Battle (I think that’s what’s it’s called. I was too busy pleasurably exploding my pants to notice the name)!!!!!!

Oh, and besides the Initial D disc, thanks to this album now Super Eurobeat Vol. 130 disc 2 along with Vol. 120 disc 2, Vol. 90 male side and Vol. 100 disc 1 are my favorite Super Eurobeat nonstop mixes (for any of you who like to keep tabs on DJ Hadoken’s interests).

My favorite songs (there are many) of Super Eurobeat, off the top of my head, are:
Gorky Park, Too Young to Fall in Love, Living in America, Fever the Night, Don’t Stand So Close, Boom Boom Fire, Running in the 90’s, Deja Vu, Baccarah (just the beginning portion in volume 73? I think), plus most of the one’s found in Initial D.

Plus the about 50 I wrote down somewhere else.

But since these came off the top of my head, they must be my favorite =P
