In a land of flowing green grass blowing in the wind and white mountainous clouds above, sat Neanderthal families peacefully under the noon Sun.
They then witnessed bright yellow stars that blinded the sky and they were amazed. They closed their eyes and embraced the light.
But these were not stars, but fire. It rained down on the unsuspected Neanderthal men, women and children. No plunder, for everything was destroyed.
Those Neanderthals were not warned of their coming. They were not informed of the last battle, for their messenger had to take the short route to the other camp where backup forces resided. And those forces came, but it was too late.
From a distance they could see the Humans.

Objects went flying from the Human horde. The objects then started landing and the Neanderthals shrieked with pain.
The leader of these Neanderthals had what looked like arrows go right through his heart. He looked down and the grass started to grow rapidly right before his very eyes. He then looked forward at the Humans who were now just a few yards away from him.
The Humans all stood very stern and just looked at the suffering Neanderthals.
One of them took a short spear to the leader of the Neanderthal's throat. To him the Humans were a blur. And so he fell to the ground.
A dream now dead.
