The now exiled king of the Humans, Kain, and his most trusted men had escaped to a safe haven in the south.
The most loyal soldier, Nor, instructed his king, “Sire, you must venture the plains alone now. We will fight off the traitors who they will send to find you.”
Kain trembled from exhaustion, “Nor, I’m afraid! I don’t know where to go!”
“Nor, please! Don’t leave me!” Kain begged.
Nor knew that there was no time to spare. He urged, “Go now! Travel further south. Stay away from sight!”
Nor tried to calm him, “You’re a wanderer, so wander this Earth unbothered.”
“Nor, please! Don’t leave me!” Kain begged.

Nor went with his men and they were gone from him forever.
Kain was alone and desperate now. He knew that anyone who saw him would kill him for sure.
Then suddenly an apparition appeared, as if out of thin air.
“Yes. In time all will be revealed to you,” the apparition of the bearded old man floated slowly towards Kain.

Kain couldn’t make out the figure of this apparition, but he could see the face. It looked like an old man with a thick beard. It said, “Kain, I beseech you.”
“And you are?” Kain asked in fear.
“I am Aklon. I am the first.”
“The first?” Kain did not understand.
“And you are?” Kain asked in fear.
“I am Aklon. I am the first.”
“The first?” Kain did not understand.
“Yes. In time all will be revealed to you,” the apparition of the bearded old man floated slowly towards Kain.
Now, closer to Kain, the apparition of the bearded old man continued, “You are in great need, as am I. I can give you what you want, but you must do exactly as I say.”
